2002 – Asset Protection for a man with civil suit and over $12,000,000 in real estate and a business worth $5,000,000 received a $5.6 million dollar judgment. All the real estate was removed from the settlement and client paid an installment settlement out of his distributions from his company at $2,500,00. Without planning all of his real estate which was free and clear would have been sold off to satisfy the judgment.
